RETURN WINDOW

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible merchandise purchased through our online store.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

EXCHANGES

We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges on all orders, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact sales@nouvellesilk95five.com with your order number and requested replacement item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will process and ship your exchange accordingly.

RETURNS

United States Orders:
We offer complimentary returns for orders shipped within the United States.

International Orders:
Clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of international return shipping through their preferred courier service. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Nouvelle/Silk95Five is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and approved following inspection, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–15 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Nouvelle/Silk95Five reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements, including items that are worn, altered, damaged, washed, or returned without original tags and packaging.

To support a more mindful purchasing experience and reduce unnecessary international shipping, Nouvelle/Silk95Five reserves the right to refuse returns or limit future orders in cases of excessive return activity.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability and cannot be guaranteed until processed.
